SPORTSGPT — Terms of Service

Last updated: July 26, 2026

By using SportsGPT (the website, chatbot, or API), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. See also our Privacy Policy.

What SportsGPT is

SportsGPT is a free AI chat assistant for sports-related questions — scores, standings, schedules, and stats. It's provided "as is," without guarantees of accuracy, uptime, or availability.

No accuracy guarantee

SportsGPT uses AI to generate answers, including live web search results. Answers can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong — especially for fast-changing information like live scores. Don't rely on SportsGPT for decisions where being wrong would cause real harm (e.g. betting, official records, contractual matters).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may block, rate-limit, or restrict access for anyone violating these terms, without notice.

Using the SportsGPT API

If you use the SportsGPT API as a developer, these additional terms apply:

Full API details: see the API documentation.

No warranty, limitation of liability

SportsGPT is provided free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the service, including reliance on inaccurate information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
